Doug Elkins is an AIMer to Riga, Latvia.

The AIM team in Latvia consists of twelve AIMers, both long and short term assignments.

Some time in June was spent in training and learning the language, culture, and history of Latvia.

At the service in the "Hall Church" there were many first time visitors and two received the Holy Ghost.

The Elkins have an English Club in their home, and Nelli is wonderful lady who is attending the meetings.
